This has happened even since i got a new PSU that should be more than enough to run my PC. Should i just turn it off ? Usually it false triggers when my GPU is on its factory settings, but if i bring the core voltage down a bit and the power target, it fixes the issue.

My specs:

CPU: i3-6100
GPU: ASUS STRIX RX 470 4G OC
Mobo: Asus H110M-K
RAM: 8GB ( 2x4GB ) Kingston HyperX Black 2133Mhz
PSU: XFX TS550W
Case; Doesnt really matter

Seems like a borderline faulty new PSU. The motherboard is detecting a voltage issue on startup. The wattage rating alone doesn't indicate a quality PSU. Personally, I would look into an RMA/replacement. You could disable it, but by doing so, the long term health of components could be shortened.
