I have a custom built PC pretty nice if I have to say myself but lately it's been crashing telling me the asus anti surge has been triggered
But here's my question
I have a UPS even when there have been power outages it keeps it a stable voltage
Could it just be another reason it's a bad PSU?
Urgency would be nice I have to use this computer for work

Solution
Asus anti-surge is about the voltage on the 3.3/5/12V outputs, it has nothing to do with power line surges. The most common causes for anti-surge warnings are a dying PSU or a misbehaving device causing surges on the power supply's outputs.

If anti-surge complains, it means your supply's output voltages are surging or sagging beyond what Asus considers safe levels and it shuts down the PC to minimize exposure to unsafe PSU output voltages.

Btw
It cuts off and restarts and I don't even have to be using it at all I could just turn it on and leave it there maybe 10 mins later it'll restart with the message. Idk if that helps
Also since I have a UPS can I just cut it off??
