Question ASUS Armoury Crate not recognizing gaming laptop anymore

I bought the ASUS Zeph G a month ago, came with armoury crate and it worked for a while, however after the 3 week (possibly) after an update, some features stopped working, for example, it stopped reading my laptops usages (cpu, ram, temps etc) however the power control function still worked. However now there is nothing, the entire tab for where I control it vanished and its as if i don't have an asus laptop.

I have tried reinstalling armoury crate and reinstalled everything asus related, restarted services for it, but it still won't work

What website (s) did you use to download Armoury Crate?

In Task Manager: do you see Armoury Crate running? Is the app listed in the Startup tab?

Downloaded from microsoft store after uninstalling as armoury crate was pre installed.

Yes and no, not armoury crate itself, but things related to Asus to MyAsus

Another thing to note is the key asus themselves added to my keyboard thats sole purpose is to open armoury create... doesn't open armoury crate anymore
