Do ASUS actually make ASROCK MB's?

Are the ASROCK MB's as equal quality to ASUS MB's?

Yes, ASRock boards are made by Asus. They are the budget board division of Asus. Where Asus boards have 3 years warranty, ASRocks have only a year. In my opinion, there are better boards for the money, some with 3 years warranty.
