Hi, maybe 2 weeks ago i bought this card everything was fine, but when i install a new game after 10 min of playing any of them they keep crashing and giving blackscreen, i have other games before i got the graphic card and they all run fine without any glitch.

Im using AMD CCC 14.4 version drivers, maybe a fresh windows install should fix it ? Or there's any solution for this ?

Best Regards Landrs

I already did that, im 100% sure, i can play CS:GO, dota2, Assassins Creed and even the New Wolfenstein game without any problem, lag, crash or blackscreen

So you can play some games that have been installed after your new gpu was added? Or no? You have to be more detailed. The New Wolfenstein game just came out I dont know if thats before or after the new card. IF you can play some games fine and some games just dont work then that is definitly a driver issue. You could try installing earlier versions of the drivers or beta versions if this release isnt working out for you.
First off you are not overclocking this card at all right? Is it a brand new card? It sounds like its an issue with the graphics card the act of installing a new game is not going to cause other games to become unstable. You could start off by uinstalling the drivers you have and reinstalling the latest stable build. You should also check your temps while gaming. The card could be overheating. There are many good programs out there to monitor temps of the card. If your temps are in line and you tried new drivers then chances are you probably have a defective card. You could try raising the voltage up on the card and decreasing the core and memory clocks to see if the factory OC is just unstable. give those a shot and report back.

Its a brand new card, and im not overclocking it, drivers are update brand new install. Temps are also fine 55ºc max playing games on ultra settings like Assassins creed Revelations HD, CS:GO or even Dota2, yesterday i tried 2 new games new wolfenstein one and it worked fine then i did another install on a steam game and after 10min keeps crashing like other ones i tested today. I did all that u sugested but with some games still the same problem blackscreen after 10min and minor lags

I use DDU to unninstall drivers because i had some problems before with my 5850HD series after i change to this one so y still the same problem.

so now its only happening in certain games but not all? if thats the case then as 06yfz450ridr said download Display Driver Uninstaller and run that and then reinstall the latest drivers. I personally do not like using programs like that but sometimes thats all you can do. EDIT: you said you already did this. Do you have another computer you could try testing the card in. Having to reinstall windows is a huge pain and its something you really shouldnt have to do.

Anyway some people talk a lot about the driver problems not optimized for R7 graphic cards but its my first problem since i have this card, some people also suggest a fresh windows install but im really confused to do anything at this point because majority of the things i tried didnt work

When i install a brandly new game i have the blackscreen problems, but i can play the other ones without any problem thats the thing i dont understand, i have used DDU before and no luck at all.

I dont have any other computer to try the card on it. But yeah its really weird when i play some games without any problem but when i install a new one i cant play that game, reinstall windows its a huge pain but i think its my last hope i dunno anymore to be honest

Have you tried uninstalling a game that works right and then reinstalling it to see if it no longer works and has issues? If that happens you know for sure its a software issue. You are 100 percent certain that it is stable in games that have been installed before the new graphics card?

I made an installation of wolfenstein maybe 2 days ago and its working perfectly and yes some games after i added my gpu work, others dont work. I tried beta versions of the drivers and i have the recent one, the solution is waiting for the new driver to know if they fix anything about this
