I don't know why this is happening. I noticed that my ASUS Aura Sync is not working as it should be when changed from the ASUS Armoury Crate App. Downloaded the Lighting Control package from ASUS, installed it, then it blue screens after a few minutes on the login screen.

Do you have newest BIOS on board?

Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD - that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD

copy that file to documents

upload the copy from documents to a file sharing web site, and share the link in your thread so we can help fix the problem

You have the latest BIOS already installed.

This information can be used by others to help you. I can't help you with this. Someone else will post with more information. Please wait for additional answers. Good luck.

I do remember the laptop updated the BIOS by itself. Came to work, turned on the laptop, and goes into the BIOS saying I need to plug the power to continue. Upon checking, it is the latest BIOS version 313 however the dates do not match,

CURRENTLY INSTALLED:

4gb of ram isn't a lot these days? How much ram do you have free? The vega graphics would be allocated some via Hardware reserved so curious how much free you get after that?

all the errors seem to relate to storage, so it could be ram or nvme drivers.

Try running memtest86 on your ram stick, up to 4 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the BSOD. Remove/replace ram if you get any errors.

looking at fact as recent as 7th November, Asus were releasing bug fixes for armourcrete... I would sure be blaming it for the problems, if ram comes up clean. https://www.asus.com/us/Laptops/ASUS-TUF-Gaming-FX505DY/HelpDesk_Download/

Yeah i know 4GB ain't enough these days. I have already ordered another 4GB stick and waiting for it to arrive.
I don't know what is wrong though. Without Aura Sync software, my laptop works fine. I am using it right now to reply. Will run memtest86 to check and see if anything comes up. Brb

So I tried everything that you have advised me to do and the problem still persists :<
I happen to stumble upon a few vids where the reviewers did say that the AURA SYNC on the keyboard when configured inside the Armoury Crate app does not work properly. Only the brightness seems to be functioning which is very similar to my situation.
