just wanted to know the better choice.I almost bought the gigabyte one but then I saw that the asus one was the best selling motherboard of 2016.
The Asus one is like 60$(4200inr) cheaper than gigabyte.Gonna pair them with an i5 6500.
Thank you in advance:)
A little sidenote- I won't be using any kind SSD,only 2x1TB WD Blue HDD

Selecting the "best" motherboard would really depend on what features you want, how many connector or ports you need, and the physical look/layout you like. Basically, the Asus B150M-A/M.2 and the Gigabyte GA-B150M-D3H differs on the following aspects:

Asus: Has 1x PCIe x16 slot (for single GPU) | Gigabyte: Has 2x PCIe x16 slots (for AMD CrossFire)
Asus: Has 2x PCIe x1 slots | Gigabyte: Has 2x PCI slots...

Asus: Has 1x PCIe x16 slot (for single GPU) | Gigabyte: Has 2x PCIe x16 slots (for AMD CrossFire)
Asus: Has 2x PCIe x1 slots | Gigabyte: Has 2x PCI slots
Asus: Uses Realtek ALC887 Audio Codec | Gigabyte: Uses Realtek ALC892 Audio Codec
Asus: Uses Realtek RTL8111H LAN Controller | Gigabyte: Uses Intel GbE LAN Controller
Asus: Has no SATA Express connectors | Gigabyte: Has 1x SATA Express connector
Asus: Requires a 4-pin ATX12V power from PSU | Gigabyte: Requires an 8-pin ATX12V power from PSU
Asus: Has only 2x System Fan headers | Gigabyte: Has 3x System Fan headers
Asus: Has no Thunderbolt connector | Gigabyte: Has 1x Thunderbolt connector
Asus: Has 2x separate PS/2 Keyboard and Mouse ports | Gigabyte: Has 1x combination PS/2 port
Asus: Has 2x USB3.0 Type-A + 1x USB 5Gb/s Type-C rear ports | Gigabyte: Has 4x USB3.0 Type-A rear ports
Asus: Has 3x Audio rear jacks | Gigabyte: Has 6x Audio rear jacks
Asus: Supports Single-BIOS | Gigabyte: Supports Dual-BIOS
Asus: Slightly smaller at 234mm x 206mm | Gigabyte: Slightly larger at 244mm x 225mm
Asus: Black/Gray with some Bronze accent | Gigabyte: Black/Gray with some Gold accent

The rest of the ports/features are similar (such as both having an M.2 socket, have 4x RAM slots, have 2x USB2.0 rear ports, etc.). With the above differences, you would be able to generally know what you want, need, and like in selecting which of the two motherboards you would buy.

Personally, I'd get the Gigabyte because I want the possibility to do multi-GPU (CrossFire), want an updated Audio Codec, want an Intel LAN controller, want a future Thunderbolt connection, need more Fan headers, need more USB3.0 Type-A ports, need the 6x Audio Jacks, like the slightly bigger board, like the Dual-BIOS support, like more black color with little accent than the large accent color.
