Asus B250-Plus starting but no POST

Hello,
I bought a new mainboard, a new cpu and a new ram for my pc.
Mainboard: Asus Prime B250-Plus
CPU: Intel i3-8100
RAM:Ballistix Sport LT BLS8G4D240FSB 8GB Speicher

The PU is a BQT L8 CM-430W

First i tried to boot without ssd.
So it starts but no POST or BIOS ist displayed
I almost tried everything but it does not show up same with pluged in SSD.
I tried every RAM Slot another Graphic Card
No beep sound only when I remove the RAM.

Hope anyone can help me.

Chek if RAM is in QVL.

Your CPU is not officially supported, but:
-CPU list may be not updated;
-without RAM you have beeps = CPU is working well on that stage.

P.S. Try to get PCI POSTCARD and post codes here.
