ASUS B250G wont boot and also whea bsod problem

MOBO: ASUS ROG Strix B250g
CPU: Intel I7-7700 Stock Fan
GPU: Inno GTX 1050 TI 4gb
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 4GB 2133Mhz x 4 sticks
PSU: Corsair CX600
SSD: SAMSUNG EVO 850 256GB
M.2: SAMSSUNG EVO 970 500GB
CASING: Trendsonic Styx

This is my first time posting due to 3 days of troubleshooting nonstop on this pc.

How it started out is that my pc turned off and started to show bsod showing

WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR on windows 10

I did a lot of reseach on this and tried to use some of this from the list below

1. I used the deleting or renaming mcgenuine_intel.dll
2. Hard format to windows 10 again.
3. use memtest 86 no errors found
4. Disabled turbo boost
5. Disabled hyper v

I removed the bsod by making only one active core to work.

By setting active cores to 1.

Then it boots normally to windows 10.

I also noticed my cpu voltage is at 1.040v to 1.088v on my bios.

So heres what ive done ive opened up my case and started removing part by part also cleaned up everything and build it again from scratch.

I had an issue where it didnt boot no beep. Then did the ram thing to test if mobo is dead i removed all rams then started to beep 1 long and 2 short which indicates mobo is alive cause fans and cpu fan started working.


Then i reseated the ram 1 by 1 testing and all worked. Then put components 1 by 1 to boot.

Then i did change the cpu voltage somehow and managed to make it work normal but i noticed heat issues which leads always my cpu cores to be at 100c so i started the same idea above and cleaned it out.

I also deduct cou voltage to 0.600 then after that the pc wont boot anymore.

Now what i did is remove thre cmos do the jumper wire thing to reset and it didn't work again the i redo all the the step to rebuild then pc again.

Whats weird is i noticed that when I put 1 ram stick it works then put another it works then another same idea then after booting and putting back thr cmos to save the bios settings i see that my voltage came bsck to 1.088v instead of 1.288v from the bios.


Right now my pc wont boot anymore but the mobo still beeps when no ram i also managed to get into windows with 1 core and changed it to 2 cores then it wont boot again.

I have a asus B250G but never had a WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR, nor did I have to rename anything in windows to get it to work.

Check your CPU socket for bent pins. You may need to use a magnifying glass to see if anything's slightly mis-aligned.


take your board out of your computer case and do your testing barebone to rule out any unwanted electric contacts between the case and the mobo.

I also did that no bent pins


But i would try testing without the case

can be bad power or bad cpu chip. try a test power supply with one ram stick and onboard video. run the intel cpu test.

I also did that whats weird is that there are timea it boota times doeant dont know why.

I did the breadboard test which i removed itbout of the case still the same

It beeps when no ram but doesnt beep with ram on every stick

Whats weirder is it used to work the last time i did it with all rams
