Asus b350-f ram slots all same colour?

My motherboard doesn't have multi colored ram slots? Asus Rog b350-f.

Do I need to still install slot 1 and 3, 2 and 4? Or they should be side by side? I never seen this before.

Ah thanks totally forgot I can download the guide.

Question, in the configuration it doesn't say whether I must use the a2 and b2 slots If I'm using two ram sticks. Just shows how it can be configured.

Does it matter if I use the a1 b1 instead? Or is this actually saying for 2 dimms only use a2+b2?

I ask because I got BSOD which was some driver issue. So I decided to clean install (genuine) windows 10. But now the bsods I get the error msgs tend to have one thing in common when I look them up, Memory issues.

So when switched the ram slots to a1+b1 it didn't work. When I just left one stick in a1 it woulsnt work either, like system would turn on but no display connection found which was odd.

Moved it to slot a2+b2 and I get bsods again.

I don't know what to do now

For a single stick you should use a2. Test the sticks 1 at a time in a2.
