Hi there. Long time lurker, first time poster.

My question is that, I just recently installed an AIO for my build and I keep reading that I need the AIO pump to be running at 12v. Usually done with connecting the pump to CPU_Fan header and using DC mode instead of PWM mode in fan control.

However, my mobo under Q-Fan control in UEFI, only has PWM or Disabled. Should I disable it? (as I'm assuming thats DC mode for this board). Or should I keep PWM and just set the CPU fan control to MAX?

Please advise. Thank you!

Solution
I use PWM on a Cooler Master Seidon 240M pump, which has 4-pin fan connector on the CPU Fan header. I have also seen some AIO the don't have 4-pin and use 3-pin dc voltage connector.

If you have 4-pin PWM connector on the pump set it to PWM and fan control to your preferred setting.

Thank you for the reply. My AIO pump has a 3pin pump connector. So I'm assuming it's already using dc mode even though it says PWM in bios?
