Asus b350 strix f

Need some help here, I just replace this motherboard from mis b350, so when I replace I did not reformat and install fresh copy window I just use it without format and install Asus aura sync to customize my lighting, everything went fine but after shutdown power off, and switch back on again light on my motherboard went dead but my ram and graphic card still function, uninstalling and reinstalling also won't work motherboard rgb lighting still dead only ram and graphic working, so I go reformat and install fresh base version window, here thing get wired. At desktop sometime freeze or I get CLOCK WATCHDOG TIMEOUT, and I try do some overclocking in bios base clock is 3.2 oc to 3.8 restart, in bios still 3.2. So want to know is my motherboard having issues or other hardware. Thk

If you change the motherboard you should do a clean install of Windows.
