Hi all! This is my first time posting on a forum and also single-handedly trouble shooting, was hoping you guys could help! My build is as follows:
Asus B450-F GAMING
Ryzen 5 3600/ R7 2700
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16gb 3200MHZ
EVGA 2070 Super
OCZ 1000 ( psu )

Now may I first state that this isn't my first time having an issue with this build. The last time I had an issue it was a busted Cpu due to poor OCing, with this second problem I had assumed it was the same, however, with a brand new proc the issue persists. I power on my system but I get no input on the monitor and my peripherals are dead as well. the QLED status lights show no issue. So far I have tried booting without GPU, using MOBO graphics, switching ram ports and modules, and cleared the CMOS via removing battery and replacing. Keep in mind that I had spent the last day before issues gaming with no issues. Any help is appreciated, thank you guys!

Solution
1. What BIOS version are you using ?
You need a BIOS version that supports Ryzen 3000 CPU (like version 3003).

You will need to install the 2700 to update the BIOS if you are using an older BIOS version.

2. Your CPUs do not have an iGPU.
So you have to have a GPU installed and plug the monitor into the GPU.

3. I would also install just 1 stick of RAM into SLOT A2 (2nd from the CPU).

4. Then I would clear the CMOS like this:
Unplug the PC (PSU).
Then press the Power Button for at least 30 seconds.
Use a flat headed screwdriver to short the CLR CMOS (CLRTC) Jumper (Touch both jumper pins with the screwdriver) for at least...

Plug the PC back in.
Press the Power Button to turn the PC on.
Repeatedly tap the DEL key
A screen should come up telling you to press the F1 key, do that.
Set the Optimized Default settings and Press OK (this is on the EXIT tab)
Save and exit the BIOS.
Tap the DEL key again to enter the BIOS and change any settings you want changed then save and exit again.

Followed steps, turned out to be a bad ram stick, coulda sworn I checked them both already... thanks a lot for the help!
