Question Asus b450 tuf beeps sound

Hi everyone
so recently I bought a new pc build from Amazon
I got the Ryzen 7 2700 with B450 TUF M-plus gamin motherboard
When I power on the new build I hear the sound of one long beep followed by 4 short beeps and nothing is showing in the monitor
I tried the following
tried the rams on different mob and they worked fine
tried with and without a graphic card and it's the same except some few extra beeps

RAM is corsair 3000mhx 16gb 2x8
CPU R7 270
MB tuf b450M-PLUS
power sesonic 500w

Being you say that it's a new PC.....
Did this PC ever work properly?

The Beep codes should be listed in your motherboard manual.
Also you need to list your complete specifications with make and model of all components.
Here is what I found one the ASUS site regarding Beep codes:

I checked the list but there is nothing about the 5 beeps

Being you say that it's a new PC.....
Did this PC ever work properly?

Its new build that I just build
No it was it first time to boot

I would try booting with just one stick of RAM and a different GPU if you have access to one.
Or try your GPU in a different PC and see if it works.

It worked fine in the other PCI16 slot
so i guess the first slot is dead

Try putting one stick in slot A2 (second from the CPU) and one in slot B2 (farthest from the CPU).
Those are the recommended slots to use when you have 2 sticks of RAM.

I find out that the first GPU slot is not working
it's already ben more than a month so I can't ask for a redound from amaozn
and Asus wanted me to ship it back and shipping it will cost me 200$ LOL
I will have to get a new one but for now I will go with this
