Question Asus B450F Gaming Orange light with brand new Ram

I just got new corsair ddr4 3600hz 2x 8gb sticks and put them in the b450f. I thought my old 16gb stick got friend when my previous motherboard fried. So I assumed the orange dram light was correct and my ram was bad. The motherboard is brand new, i have a ryzen 5600x brand new, and I'm using a 1650 super which was part of my old build. I dont know if it's a ram issue at this point or what to do.

Does the box for the motherboard say Ryzen 5000 ready?

Why would you choose a 3 year old chipset with a brand new CPU.

I wasn't aware that my board wasn't 5000 ready. Should I try booting it up with my 2600?

If you plan on using the 3600 mhz ram
With the 2600 it still may not boot.

I bought new ram when I knew I was upgrading to the 3600x from a 2600x on a Asus Rog Strix x470 f gaming.
My 3600mhz ram would eventually boot with the 2600x but it took lots of tinkering to get it to boot.
To get it to boot I changed
To proc 60 and the Rtt's off and dynamic off
The last 1 in that section I don't remember so you will have to play around.

Once booted update BIOS to support the 5600.

Once the BIOS is updated be sure to reset CMOS.

I'm having a similar issue. I have the B450f Gaming board and trying to use my new Ryzen 9 5950x CPU but it's not liking the HyperX Predator Black 16GB 3200MHz DDR4 CL16 DIMM XMP Desktop Memory HX432C16PB3K2/16 and get the Yellow light as well... and have updated the CMOS.. Ugghh..
