[SOLVED] Asus B550F (Wifi) has poor wireless connection

Im having extreme difficulty even reaching my network on my pc, i have my drivers updated as well but am dissapppointed that it isnt serving its purpose unfortunately.. does anyone know of a fix?

Do you have the shark fin connected to the WIFI ports on the back?

I don't believe it came with one if i recall correctly, but i dont have it on hand being out of home at the moment

The pictures of the box contents on Newegg show a "shark fin" style antenna with coax that is required for the WIFI to work.

Unfortunate.. Well I guess I wont know if I have it until the usefulness of it is gone and get home sadly, but your response is appreciated and at least that answers if i got a defective board haha. Thank you
