My Asus B550m-Plus has a blinking green light and only some accessories (Speakers and Audio Interface) has power. Why is this?

Specs:
Ryzen 5 3600
750ti (HDMI broken, but running from DVI)
Asus Tuf Gaming B550m+
Corsair CX500m
16gb ram
Leveii 256gb ssd
No thunder and no noticeable power surges, but light rain

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

The green labeled CX unit from Corsair is actually a bad unit. If I were you, I'd replace that unit with something that's reliably built, like that made by Seasonic or if you want to stick to Corsair, look into the grey label CX's or TX or RM units.

Rain can cause some power flux if the power grid where you are has not performed maintenance in a long while.
