Question ASUS B550M Prime WIFI II failed? What are possible causes?

So, backtrack two months ago. I buy a used ASUS B550M Prime WIFI II. It had some cosmetic damage but functioned as it should. Fast forward to July 1st. I turn on my pc, no signs of boot.
The config then was:
Ryzen 5 5600x (Undervolted with PBO2, had a limit of 55w)
Deepcool AG400 Tower Cooler
Corsair Vengeance Ram (2x8)(XMP enabled)
ASUS B550M Prime WIFI II
WD BLACK SN770 500GB
SAMSUNG Evo 970 Plus
Corsair CX650M PSU
RX 6600 (Lite Edition, has two display outputs)
and case was SAMA IM01.

Upon inspection, I didn't find anything outstanding that was causing this issue. I would like to ask what causes the people of tom's Hardware think to be the issue.

It had some cosmetic damage but functioned as it should.
You might want to either elaborate or add images/video of the damage on the board to help explain what the board underwent.

How old is the PSU in your build?

Did you try recovering the BIOS for the motherboard?

^ Follow those steps and see if the board is revived.

Might be a good idea to source(borrow, not buy) a reliably built PSU and try powering the system up.

That PSU was bought about 2 months ago and is in great condition. I used a Thermaltake psu that had very light usage and still the same result. I have not tried the BIOS recovering, I will do that.
