ASUS B85M-E/CSM* + 4790K + WINXP32 = Possible config?

*Drivers for this mobo at Asus website for Windows XP available to download: (VGA (beta), BIOS, AUDIO, LAN, Chipset, Util.), no SATA drivers

Without SATA driver, Windows XP Setup won't be able to detect the hard drive since it (XP) doesn't support SATA natively.

So it's a no go.

Installing an PCI IDE interface card and connecting an IDE hard drive to it might do the trick though.
