Hey guys was hoping someone on these forums would be able to help me out here?

Built my first PC today I have tinkered with computer hardware before but never to build my own here are my specs;

Motherboard: Asus B85M-Gamer
CPU: i7 4790 3.6GHz
GPU: Gefore GTX 960 (Not installed though)
RAM: 4x g.skill ripjaws 4GB DDR3 1600 (16GB)
Storage: 2x 1TB WD Black
PSU: 500W Raidmax

After connecting all these components and powering on the PC for it's first time I hear the One beep signaling that the machine has powered on correctly? I am pressing F2 to enter the BIOS after the POST however am bought to a completely different screen at the top of this page it reads American Megatrends AMIBIOS(C)2014 underneath listed is my motherboard, CPU specs, total ram installed, USB devices, Mouse and keyboard and my detected drives and under all of that information is written "Please enter setup to recovery BIOS settings" Press F1 to run SETUP. Pressing F! results into a blank screen... I am sorry for sounding so lost/confused but really i am lost as to what I have done wrong here? All I want to to is enter the BIOS for the first time so I can change a few settings then install windows after configuring the BIOS. If anyone can help me out here that would be great because I am very lost here and my PC was a very expensive build for me.

Thanks for the reply, I have have cleared the CMOS and tested however I get the same result. I can't update my BIOS as I cannot enter the BIOS setup? when I press F2 or Del it takes me to the American Megatrend page telling me to enter setup to recover BIOS. If I don't press anything when the computer boots it sits on the ASUS screen telling me to enter BIOS but it won't let me enter the BIOS by pressing either key? I'm starting to think the Motherboard perhaps is faulty though it is brand new. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

So after reconnecting all my components and shifting the RAM around I was able to actually get into the BIOS but now a new problem has occured, It keeps crashing and freezing within the BIOS so I am unable to change any settings and save? I honestly just think I have purchased a faulty motherboard because my old one worked fine with all the Hardware I am connecting to the new one. Oh and I attempted to install windows after failing to change any BIOS settings and it Blue screened right after loading windows. I have never encountered these kind of issues previously on other builds that I have played around with.

hmm id get into contact with whoever sold you your motherboard and see if they can replace it so you can try out another motherboard. P.S. please change your PSU, Raidmax don't make good quality PSUs and they should be avoided

Did more testing before sending the motherboard away, Faulty RAM was my problem one of my 4GB sticks were damaged this was causing all my boot problems removing the stick has allowed the machine to function smoothly 12GB of RAM will have to do for the time being :)
