ASUS BIOS FLASH

Mainboard : Asus M3N72-D

So I need to flash my bios so that this board will accept my upgrade chip. I got on the MOBOS site and downloaded the flash but it will not run on this OS (I am two days new to W7). If anyone can walk me thru this I would greatly appreciate it.

NEW CHIP: AMD Athlon II (3.2 ghz tricore)

you have to flash using the old chip,asus got a windows interface to flash bios got to your motherboard dowload or use the install disk of board should have it
