Question ASUS Bios missing boot options

Hello, I'm running an ASUS ROG Strix B650E motherboard, I have just recently reinstalled one of my operating systems to an NVME drive that i've been intending to use. All is good there, I have full access to all of my data, and the OS runs perfectly fine. The problem lies in that my installation of Windows (which, for context, is on a old 500GB Sata SSD) is simply just not showing up in the boot menu. I've looked into getting it to show up in systemd-boot, to no avail. I am sort of at a stand-still with my options here.

The files on that installation are fully able to be accessed, and, to my knowledge, there is nothing wrong with the drive despite it's age.

The only thing I have left to add to this is that I've had this issue before, when I first upgraded to my current set-up, it was struggling to show more than one boot option in the BIOS boot menu. I eventually got it to work, but it was a major hassle of reinstalling my operating systems over and over. I'm looking for a more permanent solution.

In case anyone asks for specifics on the drives:

Code:
Disk /dev/nvme0n1: 931.51 GiB, 1000204886016 bytes, 1953525168 sectors
Disk model: WD_BLACK SN850X 1000GB
Units: sectors of 1 * 512 = 512 bytes
Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
I/O size (minimum/optimal): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
Disklabel type: gpt

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Disk /dev/sdb: 465.76 GiB, 500107862016 bytes, 976773168 sectors
Disk model: Samsung SSD 850
Units: sectors of 1 * 512 = 512 bytes
Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
I/O size (minimum/optimal): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
Disklabel type: gpt

Any help is appreciated. :)

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

You've stated that you have more than one OS. What are they? As for your motherboard, can you please state the BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment. You should also try and use Samsung's Magician app and see if the SSD is pending any firmware updates.

Thank you for the welcome, I am running BIOS version 2214 (2024/01/04), I updated roughly a week ago, without any major issues (just had to reset BIOS defaults). I am currently only able to access my Arch Linux install (WD 850X). Windows is on my Samsung 850. I can see about running Samsung Magician through Wine for firmware updates.

Edit: Tried updating firmware, claims it is up to date. There was a UEFI update, so i let that update, however, that did not do anything to solve my issue.

Update, after trying a few more things, to no avail, I'm going to just attempt and hope that reinstalling Win10 will fix my issue. Hope is that everything will simply work.
