Question Asus BIOS Utility options greyed out

I got a black screen with cursor error on my asus, tried everything with

1. command prompt (fixboot access denied)
2. reset my computer (some thing occured during the process. nothing changed)
3. Try to go in safe mode -> logonui.exe system error the system detected an overrun of a stack-based buffer in this application.

but nothing worked
Desperately, I tried to reset everything with usb boot -> security violation -> trying to turn it off -> everything was greyed out

Cannot change anything in BIOS Utility.
Cannot access to administrator account, i can only use user.
