I have an Asus BW-16D1HT drive in my computer. I am using it to convert DVD's using Handbrake - so I can put old TV shows on my mother's iPad. The issue I'm having is that I have to insert and remove the DVD multiple times before it is recognized. These are purchased DVD's - the 20 season pack of Law and Order to be exact.
I have checked for firmware and software updates - Windows 7 x64 says I'm using the most up to date drivers as well. I have had this problem for a few years, but used to just fiddle with it until it read the DVD. With 105 DVD's to convert, this could be time consuming! Any help greatly appreciated!!
