First I'd like to say that I had SOLVED this problem, but after resetting the bios, I lost the configuration and can no longer get it back (Super frustrating!)

I use an Intel 13900K(with an on-board iGPU) and an ASUS Z690 PRIME-A motherboard which also has an RTX-3060 GPU.
  • I have the iGPU DisplayPort connected to a TinyPilot KVM (used for out-of-band management). This is a purely DUPLICATED display for remote-management purposes.
  • I have two of the DisplayPort outputs from the RTX-3060 connected to two monitors.
There are 3 sequences to the boot process:
  1. ASUS logo starts (option to press F2 / DEL to enter BIOS setup) This correctly displays on the iGPU and the Nvidia
  2. OS starts to load / WinPE environment. THIS IS WHERE THE PROBLEM IS! This screen ONLY displays to the iGPU and is missing on the Nvidia/monitors. This is an important step to also show on the monitor because it's where the WinPE environment loads. If I can't see it on my monitor, then that's an issue (such using Acronis TrueImage for a system restore).
  3. OS loading completes, Windows starts and displays correctly on each of the monitors. The Nvidia RTX 3060 displays to each respective monitor, and the iGPU duplicates monitor #1, which is sent to the Tiny Pilot KVM.
So, how do I get step #2 to display duplicated output on both the iGPU and the monitor? Again, I had this working with the same hardware before resetting to defaults!

FULL SPECS:
CPU: Intel 13900K
Motherboard: Z690 Prime-A
Ram: 64GB
3xNVME (3 separate drives) / 3x8TB SSDs (a striped array)
GPU: Nvidia RTX-3060
PSU: Corsair 750W
OS: Windows 11
Monitor: Dell S2240M / HP 22er

Thanks
Bob

6.3 page 54 in manual.
Change "initiate first display" to the GPU in bios.

I tried this but it still wouldn't make the display duplicate (During the WinPE loading period) on the monitor connected by the Nvidia RTX-3060.

There is no text called "Initiate First Display". It's written in the Bios as "CPU Graphics". Is that what you are referring to?

Also, the system keeps reverting my selection back to "CPU graphics" unless I ENABLE "IGPU Multi Monitor". If I leave this setting as disabled, then the selection will let me pick from "CPU Graphics, PEG, or PCIE". However, none of these configurations are duplicating the display in the way I want it to.
