ASUS booting problems

Mainboard : ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. F1A55-M LK R2.0
Processor : AMD A6 3500 @ 2100 MHz (max : 2088)
Physical Memory : 4096 MB DDR3-SDRAM
Video Card : AMD Radeon HD 6530D
Hard Disk : Seagate ST500DM002-1BD142 ATA Device (500GB)
Operating System : Windows 8.1 Single Language Home Edition 6.02.9200 (64-bit)

Issue: Computer takes a very long time to boot up . Normal beep codes . Havent done anything yet . I have to Turn it off and on like 2-8 times depending on the computer ,sometimes it boots up at 2 restarts ( power down , power on ..) or sometimes needs a lot like 5 or 6 . need help any suggestions on the problem would be thankful ^_^

Do you have the latest BIOS? May want to reseat the DRAM and check that it's set up right. Can try with one stick of DRAM at a time to ensure sticks are good.

Checking now if i have latest BIOS . i reseated the DRAM and it wont work on the other slot but works with the slot im using dont know why . and note only have 1 stick gonna buy a new 1 with 16gb or 8gb .

Have you tried loosening the cooler and snugging back down, may be too tight in a corner or side and throwing the MC (memory controller) off
