ASUS boots to preload wizard

Hi all,
After running down my laptop to no battery, when i charged it up and turned it on it says "Windows is loading files..." then cmd.exe box shows up and then it jumps to the ASUS Preload Wizard. The Recovery Wizard has three options: Recover Windows to first partition only, Recover Windows to entire HD, and Recover Windows to entire HD with two partitions. However only "Recover Windows to entire HD" is selectable. I have no idea what to do to recover my personal files.

This is an ASUS Zenbook UX31A running Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit).
Any help is appreciated.

You pull the drive, connect it to some other pc and get your stuff off before you make a mistake and lose your stuff.
