Question asus-bt 400 problem

asus-bt400 adapter doesn't work on my pc. I need to know how to remove the old drivers and install the new one.

I downloaded the drivers from asus and nothing works yet.

motherboard is a asrock b450 gaming-itx

Right-click on it in Device Manager and uninstall it there. Newer drivers should install over the older ones without issues though. Is the adapter detected as a device in Device Manager without any errors? Is it not installing or not showing up as a bluetooth device in Windows?

Are you sure? It doesn't work this BT is made by qualcomm...

I deleted everything and it didn't work.

You did not answer any of the questions, is it showing up in Device Manager as a device? Does it have an error on it if it is? You can also try it on another computer to see if the device is may bad if it does not work anywhere.

Yes it's in device manager and it says this device cannot be installed due to windows 10.

The dongle is not part of the motherboard. What exactly happens when you run the driver setup from ASUS?

I downloaded driver set up and run and everything installs but when I go to device manager it says

This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)
