The SSD is compatible. If the ssd is the only storage drive this makes the process easy. First check if the motherboard reads that the ssd is connected. Next make sure you have a flash drive or disk of windows 10. Rearranging the boot order so the USB port or Diskboots first. After that save setting and exit the bios. (Make sure the disk or usb is in) you should boot into a windows screen and walk through the steps. The activation code should be on a sticker on your case.

........ Thanks a million for your help . Sure am happy to see that everything should go easy from now . Question again .... I had windows 7 with license on plastic cover but no cd ,windows 7 was installed in original hd that crashed .. can i go back to windows 10 with this windows7 pro licensed back then ? I always had my updates in ,and working fine but can't seem to see anything at Microsofts about my license etc .... So this is why i'm asking will this original cd key work even if its another hdd now a ssd ? All legal and bought as is .... with garantee etc ..Thanks again for your help ..... Ssd on the way ....
