i think they will not help by removing them or stopping their services if you are limited on ram or on cpu, what helps there is put more ram and a better cpu
in my experience, no service called msi, asus, asrock, gigabyte should be running unleess specifically handles overclocking, sound card or any other pat
the rest is just ram and cpu cycles wasted, uninstalled they usually are better
doing a quick search i found that those two are mainboard and bios tools from asus
is your machine a laptop or a desktop, prebuilt by asus or just a desktop pc with a asus mainboard?
