so I just put to gether my pc its a AMD Athlon x4 870k ASUS r7 370. so I just turned my system on an I get Q codes on the motherboard the codes are 00 11 10 18 15 60 91 58 59 10 13 94 C5 3F
then the graphics card fans spin and turn off they keep doing that and then the cpu led is flashing
then I thought I messed some whirs some where then I turned it off and moved some wires around then I turned it on and the DRAM LED is on with the CPU LED but not blinking the only code I am getting now is 3F no other code

Solution
Ok to explain how the Qcodes and LEDs work.

During Post (Power On Self Test) being a diagnostic hardware test prior to Boot.
The codes will cycle thru and end with AA where it will stay if successful. This is OK and means the system has transitioned into ACPI mode and handed over to your OS.

With your LEDs on the MB. They will blink however if one stays lit then this is your cue to troubleshoot and in your case the VGA_LED stays on and remain so until rectified.
This means that there is something wrong with the GPU cabling or MB slots, maybe a hardware fault with your GPU. If it were to display DRAM_LED and stay on then your DIMMs have a problem.
Your MB manual will show a diagram and color list for the LEDs.

Qcodes are listed in...
now It says 11 10 15 61 91 59 18 25 6E 94 C5 26 48 41 F3 C7 39 36 4F 60 61 62 63 64 68 70 79 9A A1 FF 99 9C 64 A2 99 E6 55 66 61 AA and it just stays on AA my mouse and my keyboard I have now clue that those error messages mean and the cpu LED and DRAM LED is off now the VGA LED is on but not blinking and there is a new led its buy the sata ports its orange

Qcodes are listed in your MB manual and should be referred to if POST stops at any particular number/letter combination.
