Asus Crosshair IV Formula or Asus Crosshair IV Extreme

I have a Sapphire HD 6850 1GB graphics card but I am not decided which among the above mother board is better for the said graphics card.I also want to install my PCI creative soundcard extreme gamer fatalty series for better audio.Can someone advise which mother board id better?

The price difference between the Formula and the Extreme is not getting you much at all.
The Formula will suit you just fine(and is one of the best, if not the best, AM3-based motherboards on the market). Use the first PCI express slot(the red ones) for your graphics card, and any other red PCI-express slots for your sound card.

Save the price difference between the cards for later, 'cause some nice goodies are coming this year !
