Hi I have a problem with connecting internet to that motherboard. There is no network device inside the windows manager devices. Also there is no led flashing on anything on the back of the computer. I checked the Bios and everything related to that is enabled.

I tried to install the drivers for the few times but there is an error saying "no intel network device was found" and the installation ends. Also I tried with the different version of the drivers always with the same problem.

Update UEFI to the latest version. Clear CMOS and check device manager to see if the NIC shows up. I assume this is a fresh OS install? If after updating UEFI you still cannot see the NIC in the OS, I would RMA the board.

Exact same issue with my build (Cross Hair V Formula). Contacted ASUS their response was the same as you got. I've look around the internet. Some seem to have a solution but I'll be darn if I can figure out what it is. I'm about reinstall Win 7 Pro, I will also try Win 8.
Router tested on all ports by known good G73JH - Passed
Cat 5 cable tested - Passed
Installed drivers Intel Gigabet 18_7, V16400,V16500, ProDOS, ProWin64 and ProWinx64 with the same result.
OS cannot find Intel Adapter (believe it to be Intel 82583) Asus cannot confirm what was integrated into the motherboard while having the serial number????
Device Manager does not show any network device.
System Info shows no device
IPconfig /all shows no device
Cannot find a MAC Address
The latest ASUS BIOS 1703 is installed
Did you find a fix or have to send the board back?

I think RMA the board - the fix is to flash a MAC address to the LAN controller, but that can be cumbersome for some to do. I think it was posted over on the ROG forums a long time ago...

I reinstalled Windows 7 Pro 64Bit in UEFI mode on a 120 SSD. Disk 1 is GPT state. The Primary boot partition Disk 1 Volume 2 is 111GB in NTFS format. The System Reserve Disk 1 Volume 3 is 100GB in Fat32 format.
I installed this same OEM windows 7 Pro 64bit ISO on a known good computer with no problem.

I would tend to agree it has to be a firmware issue. I don't think installing Windows 8 would do a thing to fix this.

Can I get the MAC Address giving ASUS the Serial Number of the board???

Same problem here.
The explanations for the Settings and how it is ordered is an F.
There is no option for turning the onboard LAN on or off
and it is not said what the network stack does.
In the easy mode clicking the symbols of drives boots them
without a confirm dialog.
Haven't found an option to turn the onboard sound off or on.
GSkill TridentX won't run at 2400 CL10-12-12-31 and the
timing options are not sufficiently explained as stated above.
Another very big flaw is the 151TDP cap.
It is actually running a FX9590 but I don't know if it will run
stable.
UEFI revision 2101 x64 04/17/2014
American Megatrends v2.10.1208
LAN not found by Win8.1 and no LED flashing on the back
device seems to be dead.
The design looks good.

I have the exact same problem. every driver the motherboard needs is installed, but when it comes to the internet, nope. same error about no internet input found etc. My motherboard has worked perfectly for many years, but suddenly after this one format its all gone..? so what should i do, literally tried everything

RMA the board. I just bought wireless wifi adaptor after many hours solving that issue. The adaptor actually work great and I didn't had any problems with it for over 2 years now.
