I bought my Asus MB about 1 and a half year ago.
This week after a reboot, the problems started to show.

Can't boot my PC anymore, always getting "Reboot and Select proper Boot device..." and the Mobo shows codes 66 and AE alternatively.

Tried everything, just readed a bunch of topics here and at ROG Forums too.
Tried removing the memory, and using just one comb. Then changing to the other.
Tried CMOS Clr and nothing worked.

Just unplugged everything (including the processor) and removed the bios battery, then plugged all again and the errors continue.

Tested the SSD on a computer's friend, and the HD is working good.

The BIOS recognize the memory and the processor as well

What else can i do?

My build is:

Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z
2x8gb G.Skill Sniper
AMD 8350
SSD Samsung 840 EVO 500gb
HDD Seagate 2TB
Power Supply XFX 650w
R9 280X XFX DD 3gb

Try flashing the BIOS. It worked for me for error code AE
Windows (10) is booting successfully again!

For code 66 I had a message BOOTMGR missing. This might something else.
You may try changing the boot drive if you have multiple which I do and found that it is attempting to boot from a storage drive rather than the system drive.
