Asus Crosshair VI Hero QCode 8? No POST or BIOS

So I've been trying to troubleshoot this for weeks, I just built my rig with all brand new parts.
Once I turned it on for the first time, all the lights/fans started to work just fine, but I couldn't get any signal to the monitor. I also have the code 8 on my mobo, and I've seen a lot of forums where people are having this issue. Has anyone resolved this? Any help would be awesome. Thanks!

My specs are:

AMD Ryzen 7 1700X
G.Skill Trident (2x8GB) 2400
ASUS STRIX GeForce GTX 1080
Rosewill Quark series 750W PSU Plat Certified (fully modular)
ASUS Crosshair VI Hero mobo

I've tried putting the BIOS on a flashdrive, it seemed like it was working once I put it into the motherboard (it started to flash, and got faster). But after a few minutes when it turned off, it still wouldn't work.
