Asus Cusl2-C, why no PCI and AGP div selector?

Why doesn't the motherboard feature a divider selection for PCI and AGP like in some motherboards (1/3, 1/4 for PCI and 2/3 for AGP.

For example overclocking the FSB to 75 with my 667 (10x75)is the maximum, because the PCI goes to 36 MHz, which is quite high.

Wouldn't it be safer to have a little lower MHz on the PCI and AGP, than a much higher?

I hope you get my point, because this message was written in a hurry :) !

a divisor requires a seperate clock for the PCI\AGP bus,
and additional circutry..

the new AGP 4X spec and PRO does not really require this and it is optional..
most PCI cards will tolerate 37-39 mhz..
agp tolerates increses even better

most boards are moving to 66 mhz PCI soon anyway..
