Asus CUV-NT Not Posting

Now I know this is a socket 370 mobo, irrelevant to most. But, it was my mobo for my windows 98 gaming rig. It has stopped posting and I cannot find anything wrong with it for the life of me. This is a major problem since I just ordered a voodoo5 and some more ram for it. It will turn on, but not beep or display anything. Any tips on what to do? (I tried a geforce fx 5200 and the onboard riva tnt2 but neither displayed anything)

Welp I've fixed it, all it required was a complete rebuild, everything reseated including the cpu.
