Not enough information.
CPU model?
SSD m.2 model? Check if in the LIST
Is SSD in PCIE or SATA mode? (need only PCIE mode)
Is PCIEx16_5 slot empty?
Check users manual 3.6.3 to setup non SATA devices.

Cpu model Intel i7 5820K SSD M.2 Model Samung Evo Nvme 960 250Gb so i guess is MZ-75E1T0.
I´m not sure where to check PCIE or Sata mode.
Yes, im only using first slot for my 970 nvidia.

NVMe SSDs do not appear within the BIOS until Windows creates the system partition with the EFI Boot Sector. Your M.2 SSD contains UEFI driver information within the firmware. By disabling the CSM module Windows will read and utilize the M.2-specific UEFI driver during the Windows installation.
