Asus desktop boot up problem

I can't seem to get past the ROG loading symbol just keeps going around and around I went into the bios and changed the booting order and still won't get past the loading logo...tried the recovery USB same results don't know to much about the bios tried a couple a different setting same results...changed power supply and monitor still stuck on loading screen I have an asus cg titan desktop pls help the computer booting up won't finish

Download and boot a diagnostic. (e.g. google "ultimate boot cd"). If the system can't boot the diagnostic then there is something wrong with hardware or bios settings.

Post if stand-alone diag won't boot.
