Hey guys, im new to this site. But I figured I had to get some help.. I have an asus rog g20 desktop that I bought for like a month or so ago. I would probably have built my own desktop but since the lack of time and knowledge I bought one done built. But ive had problems with the windows 8.1, the updates keep freezing the pc and I hav to force the pc off several times before I come to troubleshoot. And this happens every 2 weeks or So. Another problem is that asus havent used a decent graphic card, So many of my games lag and isnt playable. I thought of using my saved up money that was actually going to a new car to buy me a new graphic card ( MSI geoforce gtx 980 gaming). But Will it fit? And do I need an extra power supply, where can i buy one? How does it work. I dont have money to buy a new desktop pc and havent owned a decent pc for 3 years, So this is rally frustrating. Hope you can help me..
Alexandra

im not sure, i thought of it and i think its possible. but then again i would have no pc, and i really want to build one and get a best pc possible for my gaming, but i dont have any knowledge of those things..

Those are parts I've never heard of before! It's unlikely that you have a good enough power supply to support a GTX 980, with those specs. You'd be much better off sending it back as suggested by sizzling. How much did you spend on it?
