Asus Direct CU II card fits in my Asus P7P55D pro?

Hi, just a quick question.

Im going to buy a Asus 6970 Direct CU II or Nvidia 570 direct CU II.

I want to know if there is any problem to fit this cards on a Asus P7P55D Pro motherboard. Im thinking specifically on the chipset cooler who is below the card (i dont know if it will touch it or not). Anyone has this motherboard with one of this GPUs? Is there any compatibility list out there?

Not it should work perfectly fine,I had a 5970 w/P7P55D EVO and it worked fine
