Asus DirectCU II GTX 770 Temp Problem

Hi i got my self a Asus DirectCU II GTX 770 off amazon.co.uk. While playing Far Cry 3 the temps reach up to 90 degrees and the fans are very loud, the card also gets quite loud even when light gaming is this normal?.

Tighten the screws on the back of the cooler, also try it with the side panel of your case off, you may just be suffocating it

Do you have enough fans? Also, take Brantyn Gerik's advice. If all fails come here, and does this only happen while playing Far Cry 3 or does it also happen when you play other games/or are standby?
