asus driver disc

hi every one yep me again .
can any one tell me what im doing wrong
i have installed win 8.1 on asus maximus vii formula watchdogs edition , and every time i try to install the driver disk and i have downloaded the drivers , i get to the intel lan drivers and every thing freezes up .
any clue
