ASUS DRW-24B1ST Not working!

Hello I just bought a new ASUS DRW-24B1ST for my new computer however when i press the eject button it won't eject. the green light flashes a few times and then nothing happens. please help!!!!

Did you try to use the pinhole to eject it?

No i did not. Im not even sure what that is. lol sorry this is my firs computer i built so im not very.. knowledged? i guess is the word you can use

There should be a small pinhole on the front of the drive.Personally i would get a new drive and return that one.
