[SOLVED] Asus Dual RX 5500XT Driver problem

Hello guys ! My computer has a problem started last week. I was playing Black Desert on my computer and suddenly closed my computer. After 10 minutes i open back my computer and there not have any problem. But when i try to open any game i has 5-6 FPS and i check to Device manager.

I see that on device manager:

And i delete all of drivers and update last WHQL drivers. But its same problem. And when i open in Device manager i see that message :
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported a problem.

I try to reinstall other driver versions but its not solve my problem.
I try to format my pc but still same.
I can do everything in desktop but when i try to open a game i cant have a performance.

My other parts is :
CPU: Intel I7 - 4770
Board: Asus H81M-K
Ram: 16 GB DDR3 1600 MHZ
Drives: 240GB SSD + 1TB HDD
PSUs : 400W BOARD + 300W Display card

yes. i was checked all of voltages on my psu's. all of normal values.

Either card is bad or that power supply setup you have is not working properly. Or the power supply damaged the video card. If a clean Windows setup did not fix things, only thing left is really a hardware issue.
