i never use a speaker beacuse ialways use my headphone ath-m50x

Solution

Essence STX II (ST, STX has the same quality and they are cheaper, as they don't have the 7.1 daughter board, which you will not use anyway) is pretty much the best consumer card; if you love music and have the budget, go for it and compliment the headphones with the audio quality they deserve.

Just one thing though: be sure you have a very good quality PSU, and try...
I would never put into my system a sound card as it is completely useless unless I have extra money to spent. Generally you won't hear the difference. Just plug in your speaker or headset (whatever you use) to the back side of the MoBo (there will be the least amount of interference.

my motherboard is asus p8z77-v pro
but i currently using an old creative audigy soundcard
i can hear a little diffrence between audigy and onboard
and the question is would it be worth it if i buy essence stx ii?

i'm sorry but the link you give is for gaming, and i'm not a gamer, i'm more of music guy, i listen to high quality rip music like flac, etc. so the real question is would it give my headphone improvement in sound quality?

No, it wouldn't. If you compare OnBoard Audio with an Audio Card you will only hear bigger amplifier and the true meaning of the Sound card is to improve quality of the sound not to boost the volume. If you are still not convinced ask the seller if you can refund that Sound Card after few days if you don't like it until you test the difference between them and hear it yourself.
