Question ASUS Ex-A320m-Gaming with Avexir Core 2 - 2x8 16gb 3200MHz RAM

Please help me to criticize, Is My another RAM is defective?
Cases:
No Operating System

1. Single-Channel RAM: Both working up to bios
2. Dual-Channel RAM: got stuck on the screen before the logo (black screen with white dash 'not blinking')

With Operating System

1. Single-Channel RAM: the one that have been used to install an OS is working well. While the other one is not, it's hanging on windows logo
2. Dual-Channel RAM: same as the scenario on the No Operating System

Here's My specs:
CPU: Ryzen 3 3200g
Motherboard: Asus Ex-A320m-Gaming
Ram: Avexir Core 2 - 2x8 16gb 3200mhz
SSD/HDD: 240gb Sandisk Plus SSD/Western Digital Blue 1 TB
PSU: Seasonic S12iii 500W
OS: Windows 10 Pro

Which slots are you populating the board with your sticks of ram? Are the rams from a kit or two identical sticks? Which BIOS version are you currently on for your motherboard?
