Asus ez flash 2 & Bios 2103

Hi everyone.
I wanted to use Asus EZ flash 2 to update my current bios (1405) because its a few years old. (month old PC build). It seems that in all the videos I see, a .ROM file is used to update the asus bios.

I have the bios update file from Asus on a usb but I have not idea what to select once i'm in EZ flash 2.

Did you get the BIOS renamer or other BIOS utility files?

From that link I downloaded GRYPHON Z87 BIOS 2103 and BIOS updater version 2103 (12.64 MB size) under the BIOS tab.

Mostly want to do this because I have an i5 4440 which is 4th gen
