Question Asus F552E laptop lagging

Hi, my Asus laptop which is a F552EP-SX018H has become very laggy and has quite a few issues
Its Specs are

• AMD Quad-Core A4-5000 (1.5GHz) Processor
• 4GB RAM DDR3
• 500GB Hard Drive
• Upgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 10
• Using Kaspersky Antivirus
• AMD Radeon 8670M 1GB

These are the following issues

When starting up icons turn white and you have to wait 5 minutes to do anything
Laptop randomly turns itself off
Browsing the internet while using Google chrome or Firefox is extremely laggy
Random crashes
Some Exe setup files will not open

Games run fine though

Any help would be appreciated as why this may be happening

what ram usage?
check cpu/gpu temp?

I did go to Error checking for my hard drive and it said there are errors

Ram usuage is 2.0/3.4GB 59% and thats only google chrome open

cpu temp is 46 degress

Gpu temp is 46 degress
