Asus F5RL 4GB RAM only show 3GB

i have upgrade an Asus F5RL with a cpu T7250 y windows 10 64bit and last bios 211
I have put a ram 2x2GB but i have only 3 GB of ram in windows ...
What is the problem ???
Someone can help mee ?
